About the Authors
Katherine T. Pinard has over 15 years experience as a technical writer and editor. She has authored and edited books on Microsoft Office applications since 1994. She also serves as a Word Training Consultant for several local companies and teaches Microsoft Office applications to seniors. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and three daughters.

Marjorie S. Hunt has been managing, writing, editing, and publishing books on Microsoft Office applications for almost 15 years. She began her retail publishing career at Microsoft Press, but has also written academic texbooks for Course Technology.

A former university English instructor, Barbara Clemens has been editing and writing computer books for over 15 years. She currently teaches Microsoft Office Specialist preparation classes at TeraBiz, a Honolulu company providing software training to businesses and schools. Barbara also holds an M.B.A. degree from Boston University.

Lisa Friedrichsen is a Professor at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas where she teaches a variety of database and Web-related classes. As an author, Lisa has written several Access, Office, and Web-related textbooks. As a database consultant, Lisa has developed many relational database systems in the fields of marketing, healthcare, and education.
