Jerry Lepping, Interim Executive Director, Bucks County Conference & Visitors Bureau
"Bucks County is an absolutely beautiful place to walk, and this book has all the information you need about all the best places to walk in Bucks."

Book Description
Comprehensive maps are the central feature of this book, which describes a variety of walks including trails, state and local parks, the Delaware Canal towpath, historic districts in Newtown and Doylestown, the shops and restaurants of New Hope, and a collection of quiet country back roads.

About the Author
Catherine Kerr started walking when she was about a year old and has been doing it ever since. Her interest in walking for pleasure was renewed when her family acquired an energetic puppy and visited the Lake District in England at about the same time. After graduating from Bryn Mawr College in 1973, she worked as a reporter and editor at newspapers including Newsday, The Times of Trenton, and the Philadelphia Inquirer. Kerr is the author of "Back Roads Bicycling in Bucks County, Pa.," and "The Back Roads Bike Book: A dozen scenic rides in and around Lambertville, N.J. and New Hope, Pa." She lives in New Hope with her husband and two children.
