About the Author
Laura Whitworth has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and professionals as a personal and executive coach and in 1997 was named one of the ten most influential coaches by Professional Coach Journal. As cofounder of The Coaches Training Institute and a founding member of the Personal and Professional Coaches Association, she has contributed to the formalization of the principles and ethics of the coaching profession. Henry Kimsey-House has been a coach and workshop leader since 1981. Widely recognized as an innovator in experiential learning and creative course design, he is cofounder and curriculum director of The Coaches Training Institute and The Co-Active Leadership Program. Currently a coach and workshop leader, Phil Sandahl works primarily witht he self-employed, especially those in creative fields.
