About the Author

Praying together as a family is a strong tradition in all faiths. Even the youngest child can learn a blessing to say at mealtimes, or a prayer for bedtime. This prayer book is an excellent resource for all families of faith, even though it is written primarily for the Episcopal family. Prayers from the Bible are quoted, and explained. Among them "The Lord's Prayer," 'The Doxology," "The Prayer of Mary,' and "The Prayer of Zechariah." Scattered throughout the volume are suggestions for teaching your children to pray.
