Mario Botta: Architectural Poetics is the newest book in the Universe architecture series. This volume presents the work of the Swiss-born architect who worked as an assistant to such architecture giants as Le Corbusier and Louis I. Kahn before starting his own firm in 1970 and achieving international fame. About the Author
Irena Sakellaridou, a practicing architect, has published extensively on issues of architectural semiotics and on the analysis of architectural form and composition. She has comprehensively studied and written about the work of Botta, and most recently she has collaborated with Botta on several major design projects.
