Pizza Bread a la Picasso
Pizza bread is good for all occasions, not only as an appetizer for Italian meals, but also as a snack. What's better than to put this fun snack into a visually pleasing form? Here our inspiration is the master Pablo Picasso. His simple, linear, and expressive drawings can easily be transferred onto the pizza dough. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out the desired forms with a sharp knife. The shaping can be done easily by pressing the back of a spoon into the soft dough. Before baking, brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle it with garlic powder, salt and grated Parmesan cheese. The owl is sprinkled with caraway seeds instead of garlic.
