In the end, you'll wonder whether you were reading a romance or a mystery, but that is the beauty of Carla's style. This is no bodice-ripper, and I would even say the passion is not of the barn-burning kind. However, the intensity of new love is there, as well as the seductive smiles and smoky bedroom eyes.
