About the Author
Ralph Dolgoff is a professor and has served as dean of the University of Maryland School of Social Work and as senior program specialist at the CSWE. He is coauthor of UNDERSTANDING SOCIAL WELFARE (Sixth Edition), and his most recent articles have appeared in "International Social Work", "Social Work with Groups" and "Social Work Forum."
