Author Biography: Rhett D. Harrell, CPA is a Certified Government Financial Manager licensed in Georgia and Florida. He currently is in private practice in Marietta, Georgia, specializing in the public sector as a practitioner, consultant, instructor and author. He provides consulting, workpaper and audit report review, and training services to numerous CPA firms and state auditor organizations throughout the country. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Accounting for Continuing Education at the University of North Alabama. Mr. Harrell is a member of the AICPA and has served on the Government Technical Standards Subcommittee.
