Meir Kryger, M.D., is a professor of medicine, a board member of the National Sleep Foundation, and past president of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He is also the chief editor of the most widely used comprehensive medical textbook on sleep disorders, The Principles and Practice of Sleep Medicine. He has been researching and treating women with sleep disorders for twenty-five years.
